Component ECL:  Early Childhood and Literacy

• Early Childhood Programs - Serving children from birth to age 5.

• Baby Phonemic - Serving children with a suspected and/or diagnosed speech and language developmental delay

• Infant Toddler Reading Program - Provides musical reading programs to children under 6 Home based and Center based. Support groups for moms with young children.

• Tutorial Programs - Provide educational assistance to children with a special needs condition.

• Excel Program - Serving families , school systems, private and public entities that have children in kindergarten to 5^th grade who are experiencing challenging behaviours.

Component FLE:  HS Family Life Education and Human Services

• Individual, Couple and Family Counselling (Out Patient and In Patient) - Provides clinical counselling services.

• Parent Training and Workshops - Provide educational and clinical workshops, seminars to parents, providers and  professionals.

• Fatherhood Initiatives Programs - Provide support groups, workshops and seminars for fathers, relative providers, and professionals.

• Healthy Marriages Initiative Programs - Provide marriage seminars, clinical role-playing, support, counselling and workshops for married couples.

Component HD:  Housing Development

• Economic Development - Provide affordable housing and rental units

• Rental and Home ownership Programs - Provide pre qualified workshops training

• Home buyers and Counselling workshops - Provide home buying and counseling workshops by HUD approved counselors.
