| JC Human
Services is a 501(c)3 non profit Human Agency
that serves families in Wayne County that
targets urban communities, neglected neighborhoods
and families that are "at-risk"
of optimal stability. We strive on
collaborating with other organizations that
aligns with our mission in serving families. Early Childhood services are pivotal and
highly recognized as the driven movement
of all of our existing services. We
began initial developments in the year of
2001 under the former name of J & C's
Inc, and obtained full tax exemption in
the year of 2007 with the new name of JC
Human Services. Nominated
as the Agency of the Quarter by our funder:
Black United Fund of Michigan, INC for
our "Baby Phonemic" Project.
This project provides resources, supportive
services, training, consultation to families,
professionals and providers that have
children with a suspected speech and language
developmental delay.
JC Human
Services strives on the best practices,
empirical data and real experience from
families in designing programs to meet
the needs of the community. We count
on grants, donations and committed people
like you to contribute in one of our service
area that reflects our value system.
